I am restoring a H van. when it came to me one side at the front was sitting lower. I have removed the 'horse' and there is something strange about the torsion bar... I assume someone has been playing with it? As you can see it is sitting back at the end cap. This side sits low. Can anyone advise? Thankyou. Tom
